DL Limo offers a great premium chauffeur service in Copenhagen, complete with a professional meet-and-greet experience. The pricing is certainly on the higher end, but given the general cost of services in Copenhagen, it’s well within expectations. The S-Class vehicle provided was comfortable and smooth to ride in. While the interior could have been slightly cleaner, it was still within an acceptable standard — particularly considering the limited number of comparable luxury transfer services in the city. Mr. Levy provided a warm welcome and made for a very pleasant and professional driver. The customer service team was also responsive and helpful during the booking process and in the lead-up to the trip. That said, introducing an app-based booking option or integration with luxury ride-hailing platforms could help the company grow further and improve convenience, though such steps naturally come with their own challenges. Overall, DL Limo delivers a refined, reliable, and comfortable service in a city where true high-end transfers are relatively rare. A relaxing and well-handled experience — and one I’d be happy to use again.

My granddaughter was arriving at Copenhagen airport today from New York as part of a small group heading for three weeks of summer camp. Because of the shooting incident at a nearby shopping center yesterday, security at CPH was tightened up such that the camp could not send their van to pick the group up. This was communicated to the group shortly before they were to board their flight at JFK. I found DL’s website and called them at about 11 P.M. Copenhagen time. Dan, DL’s CEO, answered and understood the urgency immediately. He arranged for one of his vans to meet the group arriving on the Delta flight this morning. The flight was delayed over an hour and the group was further delayed exiting the terminal because one of the children was a bit airsick. Total delay was about three hours. Dan had to send the original driver to another assignment. But, he took personal responsibility to stand outside the terminal to welcome the group and escort them to another of his vans. They were driven smoothly and safely to their camp destination about 30 km. away. Overall, DL provided outstanding service well above the normal call of duty. All of us — granddad, mom, camp counselor, and kids were absolutely delighted.
